Good: location. Bad: could be really noisy at time as this is located at some youth hostels area. No basic amenities available. Shared bathroom was a nightmare. Asked 2 different staffs for additional fan as the one in the room not working but not entertained. No elevator, not recommended if you're travelling with big luggages.

Only complaint the bathrooms were not clean. They need to bleach, mildew, shower curtains old and dirty. Blankets on beds need to be replaced. I will be back to check again in the future.

Nice clean rooms. Great deal!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is great: 5 min walk to the termini and 25 min walk to the Colosseum. Rooms were modern and clean. The only drawbacks were the shared bathroom on the same floor and no elevators. The staff spoke english well. There are several dining options nearby. I had some great pizza at this place directly across from the hotel. Excellent. If I ever return to Italy, I will stay here.

Everything excelente except the bathroom

Very well located, very friendly staff! Toilets did smell like urine, it is recommended to have someone clean them more regularly. Specially the ones on the first floor since they are shared!

Scammers

Abysmal. Showed up after midnight and they claimed I cancelled the reservation. Why would I do that? I already paid in full for the overnight. Rerented my room to somebody else and claimed they were full. Cannot give enough negative feedback for this hotel.

Good location near Termini & Castro Pretorio metro

Room décor slightly dated but facilities for twin room with private bathroom were very good - safe, wardrobe, desk, bedside table with drawers, hairdryer. Wifi connection was pretty good! Some street noise (its in a busy location so to be expected) but not really an issue although this may not suit everyone especially light sleepers. Leaving the keys at the desk is a great idea so you don't have to worry about losing them and we didn't encounter any problems when returning to the hotel very late in the evening (just ring the doorbell if the door is shut and they will open it) which was the main reason we chose this hotel (that and the location). Great value for money!

Emplacement très bruyant, matelas très inconfortable, salle de bain commune très sale, aucune insonorisation : on avait l’impression d’être dehors bien que la fenêtre et les volets soit fermés. Chambre beaucoup plus petite que ce que l’on voit sur les photos. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.
