The hotel was spotless. The bathroom actually sparkled. The staff was courteous and efficient. The location in front of the Pantheon was so cool. Everything was close but the room was so quiet. I was travelling with my young sons so we requested a roll away which was made up and fit perfectly in the room. To top all that off breakfast was included at a local restaurant and it gave you the choice of English style with eggs and bacon or continental. It was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. I was simply fantastic!

We loved our stay at Abruzzi. The location is awesome! We opened our window to look directly at the Pantheon un-obstructed . It’s literally across the street. The room was very small but the location made up for it. To get to guest rooms, there’s at least one flight of steps before a very tiny elevator is available. The room was very clean and the bathroom spotless. . The hotel staff, and I mean every one that we encountered was wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The location is central and we didn’t need to take a taxi to most places as they are in walking distance. The furthest point of interest was Vatican City at about 30 minutes. We’d definitely stay here again if in Rome!

The hotel literally overlooks the Pantheon. If you want to be in the middle of the Rome craziness this is perfect. Staff wonderful. Clean hotel. No lobby or place to rest except your room.

"The reception staff at Hotel Abruzzi ( Manuel &Federico) is **magnificent**—always friendly, polite, and willing to help. The cleaning team is also very kind and keeps everything spotless. The location is **excellent**. Highly recommended!"

We had a great stay. It was a very lively location however the sound proofing of the windows in our room worked well. Everything is nearby. Freddy helped me retrieve a lost phone from a taxi. Very grateful.
Horse Carriage is still viable transportation.

Awesome hotel! Location – Right across from the Pantheon – very central and walkable to all touristy destinations (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill). Transportation – Taxi stand is right across from the hotel, next to the Pantheon – about a 15-minute taxi/Uber ride (~15 Euro) to Roma Termini. Shopping and dining options – Plenty!! And with a Pantheon view!! Staff & service – Very, very friendly and helpful staff! They went out of their way to assist us with all our questions and requests. They offer an outstanding (and free) breakfast. When the front desk staff learned that we wouldn't be able to have breakfast the next day due to an early day trip, they had boxed breakfasts delivered to our room the night before – we didn’t even know that was an option! The cleaning lady did an amazing job – every day! Another unique and helpful feature – The hotel room came with a cell phone that we could use for local directions (since we walked everywhere), which helped us save our phone’s battery (for photos, of course!). You can also use the phone for local calls and such (though we didn’t). I highly recommend this hotel – staying here made our Rome trip even more memorable!
