The front desk staff were very professional polite. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel as there was no air conditioning (despite there being advertisement), leaving the only option to open the windows which resulted in a lot of mosquitoes and ants entering the room. It was also quite loud throughout the very early morning hours (3 am onwards). There was also a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom. Hopefully the property can address these concerns as the staff go above and beyond to welcome you.

Recomendado, moderno, remodelado, buena atención y orientación desde la llegada con Barbara (recepción) y Andrea a cargo del desayuno. Atendieron mi comentario de la fecha del cumpleaños de mi esposo, vela y torta. Igual buena ubicación, cerca a la estación del metro y el Colosseo.
