Beautiful hotel and elegant one bedroom suite with balcony in a wonderful, central location. Amazing, attentive staff, from check in to housekeeping to the well appointed breakfast room with a cold item buffet and unlimited hot order items. A special thanks to Margaret, Elizabeth, and Christian who anticipated our every need in the breakfast room. It made for a wonderful start to each day in this romantic city!

Loved this hotel from the time we walked in to the time we left. Really wish we would've stayed here again when we returned to Rome for the end part of our trip. It was easy to find, centrally located and a short walk to a bus/tram stop. The check-in was a breeze and they informed us of all of the activities in the vicinity and offered to get transportation for us. They helped us with our bags during check-in and at check-out which was greatly appreciated. We went to the breakfast one morning and while not the largest assortment, it was enough but kind of pricey. Our room, while not the biggest, was enough space and felt clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Two minor things were: the shower is an open concept so it can be easy to flood the bathroom with water and we would have liked if there were some tea packets in the room.

This was our third time at H10 and was just as great this time as the previous ones. The room is nice and had a great view. The staff are all very welcoming and kind. The rooftop bar continues to be amazing and providing great drinks and amazing views of Rome. Being able to walk to some many of the sights is an added bonus.

Really nice hotel , good location and great room. Roof top bar on a nice day is excellent. Paid extra 100 euros for VIP check in which was good. Hotel sorted us airport taxi returns from Ciampino which were good quality cars for 60 euro each way but they mistakenly ordered it to take us to main Rome airport on outward journey so lucky noticed driver going different way early in journey. For money paid, hotel has lots of good points but few problems. TV didnt work initially and breakfast service isn't great and portions from the menu are tiny. All in all we really enjoyed it!

The location is very good if you want to walk to the sites, about 10-20 min will get you to Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. Hotel is very clean; staff is very friendly. Rooms are small, not a lot of space for bags etc. and we booked a junior corner suite. No counter space in bathroom with one vanity. Every other hotel we booked in Italy had a double vanity which is nice when travelling with your wife :) Breakfast didn't open until 7:30am and no oatmeal options. The street outside is VERY loud in that area of the city. Bring a sound machine.
