The staff were good at communicating before our arrival. I feel like they tried to make it a good experience but there were some concerns. We could never find staff to help with things. Ie: more toilet paper and towels. There was a sign that said go to floor 4 for help but no one was ever there. We are used to hotels where staff were always available. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We came back with left over pizza and put the boxes on the table. After a short while the food and table was infested with ants. We had to use towels to cover the door and the fireplace as they kept coming in. We did share pics with management but they felt it was our fault in leaving food in the room. Non resolution was made for this concern

The room and bathroom were nice. Spacious for 3, my adult son slept on the single bed in the "living room". The arwa around us was great. Several pliazzo around for lots of shopping and dining options. Stayed for 2 nights. The main drawback for this hotel is limotes hours for front desk. Only 2-6 pm daily so some communication via Whatsapp or other means required, especially if you are out during those times. Other minor issues, only 1 chair in the room, not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels. Overall though a really nice stay.

Vomit on the blankets, hotel did not look like the hotel we reserved. There isn’t a concierge or breakfast. The lady letting us in, keeps trying to gaslight us by saying we didn’t mention a concierge or we didn’t say anything to them about the location. They apologize but don’t take responsibility for the issues we had. We spent $2000 for an “apartment” loft thing we were under the impression it was a luxury hotel, pictures were deceiving no matter how much this company argues, gaslights or denies everything. It is unacceptable customer service. It wouldn’t have been so bad if what we purchased, based on the pictures and amenities shown was accurate but they are not. For us to have to ask for a concierge or daily house keeping. Ridiculous, I’ve never been to a place where you have to ask for amenities. It’s an apartment complex. There was no area for concierge or breakfast. The company keeps trying to place blame on me and refuses to take accountability. This was a lot of money for these kind of issues. I do not recommend this place at all.

Property was decent. When I walked into the room it kind of gave off a spooky vibe and had a weird smell but once you turn on the lights and open the window door it’s much better. If your not planning on staying in the room all day this would be a decent option but if your looking for luxury maybe not. It’s good for what it was worth no complaints.

Værelset var fint, vi boede på 3. Sal. Vi kunne dog høre alt hvad der foregik på 4. Sal og desværre kom de gæster meget sent hjem (01.00) og stod meget tidligt op (05.30) så de to sidste nætter sov vi ikke så meget. Der stank af kloak på værelset, som kom fra de to toiletter
