In the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the most important monuments of the city, right behind the Pantheon (of which it is possible to admire the dome from the private terrace and from the large windows of the bedrooms).
The apartment has 3 bright bedrooms with large windows (equipped with blackout curtains) overlooking the dome of the Pantheon and two living rooms, one large and bright with a spectacular view of the domes of S.Pietro, S.Agnese, Piazza S.Eustachio and S.Ivo alla Sapienza and the other smaller living room with adjoining kitchenette.
Another independent kitchen complete with all the equipment (in total in the two kitchens there are 6 electric hobs and two ovens, one electric, the other microwave and two refrigerators with freezer) with a view over the roofs of the city.
Upon arrival guests will also have a welcome for breakfast and cuisine

The taxi station is next to the Pantheon, in front of the entrance to the building, and from the Largo Argentina square there are buses and taxis to easily reach the airport or the station.

Phenomenal location. Wonderful and extremely fair host. One member of our party had to back out due to medical issues at the last minute and the host removed the cost for the additional person. She was also super accommodating for an early check in. Wonderful communication from booking to check out. Glad the elevator is completed as it is many stairs!!

Antonella met us and took us up to the apartment to show how everything works. The lift was essential for getting our bags up and worked perfectly. The place was well stocked, and Antonella even left us some breakfast and snack items. The place has a great location right by the Pantheon. I definitely recommend staying there.

The location right next to the Pantheon is extremely convenient. The Italian Senate is right next door, so the area is extra safe. The view from the living room is fantastic. We three each had a bedroom and bathroom. The elevator made all the difference. Antonella received and accommodated us personally from beginning to end. (There’s a small perch above the porch.)

Fantastic Views and Location

Even the children raved about looking out at the pantheon and rooftops of Rome! The flat was well equipped and our host very generous in providing coffee and snacks for us. We highly recommend this home. One clarification is that there are 3 bedrooms, 2 pullout sofas and 2 folding cots, making for a little awkward sleeping arrangements for our large group of 7 adults and 2 kids. Also, the location on the top floor (no lift) meant hauling bags and walking up and down 130 steps…a challenge for the fittest among us. But the location…unbeatable!

Fantastic apartment

This apartment is fantastic for larger groups and is in a perfect location. Being close to all the weights made it easy to travel with kids. We used the train and bus to come into the city and drove in on a Sunday when we were checking out. Great views in the morning. Loved this spot.

Amazing location

This property is in the perfect location and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was large and comfortable but it was a little more difficult for my parents in their 70s to navigate the stairs multiple times a day. Antonella was also very quick to respond and was able to quickly come to the property when we needed help.

Great location near Pantheon

We had a great stay , close to restaurants and bus lines. The only down side is the 4 flight of stairs , but when visiting Rome , you expect to be walking and doing stairs every you go .

Great Location in Rome

We loved being right in the middle of the city where we could walk to most everything. The air conditioning was most welcome as it was extremely hot during our stay. The listing mentioned all the stairs and they are definitely very difficult to navigate, especially in the heat. We very much appreciated all the food Antonella left for us. Having 10 of us there was a bit crowded, as some of the showers/sleeping areas weren't very private. We appreciated the washing machine, although we did run out of hot water for showers when washing and showering at the same time. We enjoyed visiting the restaurant Miscellanea which was right outside the door - handy for a snack or drink!

Awesome stay

The property was great. Amazing location. The stairs were challenging but I tried to look at it as a workout. (Never skip leg day). I would definitely recommend this apartment. Especially for a larger group. No issues and everything was as advertised. Antonella was very responsive and checked in periodically without being over bearing. Just perfect.

Perfect Place for Family as long as you are ok with steps!

Absolutely loved this place. Reasons Why: 1) Location Location Location (50 yards from Pantheon) 2/10 of a mile from Piazza Navona, walking distance to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Colosseum (think it was just over a mile to Colosseum). 2) Air Conditioning- it was quite warm in Rome, but the AC was delightful. 3) Beds were very comfortable 4) Shower water was hot and pressure was great 5) Snacks, yogurt, and some beverages were provided by host 6. Host set us up with great transfer to/from FCO Things to note that may or may not work for your group: 1) There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, my 77 year old mom did it, but she walks miles every day. But as of now, there is no elevator so be warned. 2) layout of the place. Basically you have 3 private bedrooms. They were set up as doubles for us, but I think they can break at least one of the doubles up. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there were two couches that pulled out into double sized beds. One of those couches was in the main living room and the other couch was in a room that was next to one of the private rooms (it was pretty much out of the way out of the rest of the apartment except for one room). Bathrooms were tight, but it is Rome afterall.

Large family trip

This was a great property for our large family of 10. The location can't be beat. The 110 stairs to the 4th floor are hard!! If anyone had mobility issues, it would be a problem. We were there for 1 week and there was never any work done on the elevator construction, I would not assume it will be finished anytime soon.

Wonderful Location and Spacious Layout!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hostess was excellent with communication and met us at the apartment to show us around. Yes, there are 100+ steps to get to the apartment, but there is an elevator being built/installed that may be done in the next few months or so. Anyway, for our family of four, this was more than enough space to spread out comfortably. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for perfectly central location to everything in Rome!!

Tight for 10 adults. 4 stairways all under construction.

Central location next to Pantheon but over a km to nearest subway. Four flights to carry luggage up in state of construction for elevator someday, 2 kitchens with two full refrigerators but only 3 real bedrooms. For the 10 adults in our party, two had to sleep on foldout coach in living/dining room and 2 on a foldout coach in second kitchen, which was also only access to porch so extreme lack of privacy for them. Recommend for a max of 6 adults or two families of four each. No dishwasher, no drier. Showers were tiny 2 feet x 2 feet, one required over 1 foot step up/down. Main kitchen only holds one person at a time, ladder like stairway to climb out high window to get to deck. Overall cramped and strange but that comes from trying to list so many people in such a tight historic space.
