Ok to stay close to the airport for 1 night. Good Clean beds. Nothing to do in the area, not walkable area, only a few restaurants nearby. Both sinks were clogged. Not the best experience, but ok for an overnight stay to catch a morning flight. Shuttle is available from the hotel for the cost of a taxi.

The check in process was seamless even though we arrived earlier than expected. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided clear instructions. They gave recommendations to local restaurants and grocery stores and when it looked like we may be late for our shuttle to the airport, she made her way to our room to ensure we were ready.

Great place to stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Luigi, and his wonderful group of drivers, met all of our crazy transportation needs. The local restaurants were delicious! We definitely want to visit again! Felt almost like family ❤️

Absolutely great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Luigi, and his wonderful drivers, met all of our transportation needs, even the somewhat crazy ones. The local restaurants were delicious! As a result, this won’t be our last visit to Roma! Ciao!

Very clean . Staff great except at check in the gentleman tried to offer me an insane winding staircase to my room. I said no . He was extremely rude...finally he gave me a room as I had seen. The place was clean and near the airport. No lift but I got by ..., it was my first encounter with a man from a culture where women are less than..,his attitude destroyed my first impression . Great for budgeting and being near the airport

First impression was bad the people were great and took care of all the issues they put me in a ridiculous room with a winding staircase up to the actual sleep space. I said no this is not what I paid for and after my annoyance was head room was changed Gary was arrogant beyond anything I've ever experienced .... everyone else was lovely and the place was very ckean

this place was very clean and nice, beds were comfy. host was very nice and polite, she was waiting for our arrival. suggested the best place to eat and was wonderful. Bathroom was clean and had nice towels. it was not in the best part of the city but we just stayed one night and it was fine.

Staff were friendly but we were not offered VIP complimentary beverages and were instead charged 4 euros for the tiny juice box our daughter had from the fridge. My husband also purchased additional drinks from the reception. Shuttle service to and from the airport was not free (30-35 euros each way) but the drivers were friendly, vehicles large and service generally very good. The reception was able to reserve our shuttle so when we arrived at the airport we just had to call the driver and meet him curbside. The shuttles have regular pick up times throughout the morning so we just let the reception know which time we wanted and they let us know the price. If you take a taxi instead of the shuttle you will have to negotiate the price with the driver directly.

This hotel was great! The area around gives you a bad impression, but everyone around is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant that the staff recommended for eating was perfect and entertaining. The hotel offered a shuttle for a good fee, but it was very convenient. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This propeery is ran by gangs. I made a reservation, i never entered the hotel because they loccked all the doors after 11pm. I arrived at the property at 11:40pm, everything is closed. Basically, i slept in my car. They refused to refund my money. I was told by the one of the neighborhood guy, that i should not waste my time waiting there after so many messages an calls. He said that it happens everyday. People come and leave withiut entering the hotel. The same night, 2 families showed up and did the same thing that I did. I am not sure how this hotel still functioning. Keep away from them. They are a true scamers.
