The room was rough around the edges. The walls were very neat up. The hotel that they brought us to wasn't in the main hotel. It was in the annex building which was 2 blocks away from the main hotel which had no elevator and two flights of stairs.

Great location but…

Location was great as it was close to many attractions such as the steps, Trevi fountain, pantheon. Shopping was literally right around the corners. The room was in very good condition but we were situations about 3min from where we checked into the hotel. We also didn’t have an elevator in our building. The last thing was being asked to pay for the hotel/city taxes in cash. They wouldn’t accept payment in any other form, which made it inconvenient.
