The owners of the property did not communicate at all. Property looks nothing like the photos. They took a cleaning fee and nothing was clean. There was an open coffee packer, a very dirty and used dish scrubber. No basic amenities were provided such as Body wash, lotion and shampoo. The dish soap bottle was empty as well. The water in the taps was running yellow for one whole night. When we reached out to the owners, they did nothing about it and argued instead. This is such a terrible property which such terrible owners to get in such a beautiful place like rome, italy. I have sent and still have many pictures as proof about how trash this whole experience here was. I had gotten around 6 apartments in this whole stay and this one was the worst. Absolutely horrible.

Good location, OK apartment with potential

The apartment is clean in general but the shower needs some extra cleaning. The are two main issues: no air conditioner in the bedroom and hot water. The shower head is low pressure and the water heater doesn't sense the pressure. The only way to get hot water is to open the sink tap while you shower. Beyond that you must know there are a lot of steps to climb to get to the apartment. Now for the good things: location is very good, a few minutes walk to termini station and the coliseum. Nice bars and restaurants all over. The two large beds are clean and comfortable. Towels provided were good and clean. We did not use the folding bed. Kitchen is well accessorised and there is a washing machine (we did not use it). Since the time we visited was cool at night and there was no need for AC I can say our stay was nice. For the price we paid we expected a little more. With some effort the stay could be better.
