Our family of 5 had a great experience. The apartment was in a great location with easy walking access to many sights. Catia was easy to communicate with and the apartment was very clean. Beds and bedding were comfortable and high quality. Air conditioning was fabulous!

Ok apartment with responsive host

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. The location is very central and close to a nice park and several restaurants. The unit itself has what you need, aside from things like hand soap / towels in the kitchen, but we found it to be quite basic and also dark. It has a 2nd bathroom in the actual master bedroom with no closed door to the toilet or shower. We also found a few stains on the master sheets and towels. Good AC which is great on a hot day and reliable WiFi except in the master bedroom. The host was incredibly responsive as well as helpful in making sure a crib was set up for our toddler.

Beautiful and great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Rome apartment. It was a quiet, extemely comfortable retreat after busy days of exploring. We walked to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. The Vatican was an quick metro ride.

Great Stay

Location was wonderful. We walked to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain from the apartment. Unit was clean, secure, and well stocked with basic necessities. Perfect for a family of four or two couples.

Beautiful Apartment and Great Host!

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was in a great location, clean and worked perfectly for our family. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue so we had to leave earlier than planned, but our hosts were amazing and found us another place and arranged for our transportation, as well as accompanied us there to make sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond when they really didn't have to. If you stay here, you know you will be getting a great apartment and you will be well taken care of.

Great place and location

Nothing to complain about. Easy in and out. AC units seemed to have a mind of their own but wasn’t a big issue. Would stay again. Was amazed how clean it felt when we arrived. Kudos to cleaning crew.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

This property is very neat, clean and spacious. It has everything you need for a lovely stay in a great part of town. We stayed for 3 weeks. It’s very quiet so there was no problem sleeping in the very comfortable beds. The elevator was always available. You feel very safe and secure in this building. I would recommend staying here. Any problems and the owner responds right away.

Great host but not a great apartment

Host was great. Quick responses. Location was good but right outside restaurants with people trying to get you to eat there every time you left or returned to apartment. Quickly became annoying. The back room had a strange smell. Hot water ran out more quickly than expected. Shower drain couldn’t handle capacity of water when rain setting was used. The vacation became more about the Vrbo than Rome.

Spacious, clean, centrally located. Subway around the corner or walking distance to all main sites. Very secure building and house entrance. 4th floor with elevator rarely occupied. Owners responsive in English or Italian.

Perfect Location in Rome

After a bit of a kerfuffle in the check-in process (uploading passport copies enroute to the apartment on iffy wife something which could have been arranged beforehand), the host was kind enough to permit us to enter the apartment before the check in - coming in early from a long flight from Los Angeles, this was a relief. The place is centrally located - close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo with good restaurants and convenience stores around. Shower leaked but owner was immediately responsive and the problem was resolved immediately. We were very happy with the stay and recommend it without hesitation. We hope to return and we hope to use the property again. Thank you Loredana for being so attentive to our needs and for the accommodations extended to us.

This is a beautiful apartment (much nicer than the photos). The location is very convenient, rights near Barberini square which has metro station, bus stop and taxi rank right outside. It is an easy walk to Trevi and the Spanish Steps. The only downside is the drain for the shower which blocks all the time. By the end of our 6 night stay the smell was terrible, particularly in the main bedroom which has an open bathroom. Some blockout curtains in the main bedroom would also be good as the light shines in during the night.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

I stayed with my family (including 3 daughters - 18, 20, 23) and we loved it. Everything was as described and we would definitely void it again. It’s on the 4th floor but there is a relatively large elevator.
