Excellent staff-perfect location-furniture needs to be replaced- sofas very uncomfortable but bed was comfortable-be aware, loud live music under the window every night-as well as loud sea gulls so bring ear plugs!

The best thing about this property is its location. It was just a few steps away from the pantheon and the Piazza. Two restaurants and a gelato shop just steps away. First of all there wasn’t any sign outside to indicate that it was a hotel. Our driver knew where it was, if not we never would have found it.The hotel itself was not accessible for guests with walking issues. There were several flights of stairs, and the unit we were first in had a step up into the bathroom which my husband missed and fell, just missing hitting his head on the sink or toilet. The next morning we changed rooms to one without and steps. The hotel had a tiny elevator, but it opened up on to the middle of a staircase. I would only recommend this hotel for those who are young and able to handle all the obstacles in the way of getting into the hotel. The reception desk was only manned between 8am-2 pm. Outside of those hours, you were on your own.

Lovely room and staff very helpful and friendly. Perfect location. Just nigh on IMPOSSIBLE to find! You guys really need to put up a sign by the front door. If trying to find it, look up for house number on the wall, and use bottom intercom button. Rooms only, no hotel spaces.

One night in Rome

The Dimora degli Dei was an adorable guest house (not a hotel by American standards) a few feet from the Panthenon square. The rooms were clean and efficient and quiet! The entry to building was a little off putting but once we entered the floor it was very nice. Beautiful doors : ) The bed was comfortable and loved vintage style decorations. There were no overnight staff in the place - but had quick response via text...Unfortunately we were only there one night but would have liked to stay longer. Would stay again - thank you!

This is an amazing property on the second floor of a private building with multiple units available for guest. The staff is highly responsive and takes a proactive attitude toward making things just right. The property is literally a two minute walk at the most to the columns of the Parthenon, absolutely amazing location with countless restaurants and shops to Peru.

Nightmare in Rome. Stay away.

It was an absolute nightmare. Upon check in, person from hotel took me alone to see our room (there was no place to safely keep our luggage my husband had to stay with it)to some annex building , about quater to galf kilometer away , building is terribly smells, no elevator as was advertised, and that pearson told me to go back and he disappeared, i couldn't axit that building because you have to know how to do it, otherwise its locked. I was there alone, in the terrible smelly building, no phone connection and my husband didn't have address where i was. I was screaming and panicking and was about to jump off the 2nd floor window, but that pearson suddenly appears and put attitude toward me, why i am still there(((after that i wake next morning in shock and panic and was afraid to go to the outside, my vacation was over. so , if you can avoid those accommodations, please do. You will also avoid harrasment. And i tried to contact Hotels.com for help and they told me to go ahead and commit suicide since i was in chock when i was called them. I move on and booked another hotel and lost my $, since there was no customer support or service from the hotels.com , i am also holding a golden membership with hotels.com and was a very loyal member for very long time, but believe its a time to change that , unfortunately. I will try to attach a photo where i was locked.

The staff was great, communicated via whats app for an early check in which went smooth. The apt was great and surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. Extremely convenient location. Main complaint however was the bed sheet cover was visibly dirty which no guest should face. The apt in general needs a thourough cleaning and dusting, maybe some touch up paint. A shame, otherwise our stay was nearly perfect.

Excellent option for people that would like to be in walking distance from Rome’s attractions. A few steps away from El Pantheon and about a 20 minutes walk from Coliseum. Good price for its location.

Island of cooling calm.

Great little hotel. Staff was great, everything was clean and the room was comfortable. Only downfall was the shower. The smallest shower I have ever been in. Hard to manoeuvre and no where to put toiletries. The door didn’t completely seal either so the floor was always soaked after a shower. Also items such as breakfast items were not always restocked. Out of four days, the items were only stocked for two. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Room was clean and very cute. It was in the perfect location to be able to walk to all the major tourist attractions. And plenty of great food right outside the front door. Girls at the front eldest were very accommodating and helpful as well.
