I had reservations for a room with 3 beds-upon arrival they had no rooms available. They sent us to another hotel and paid for it. The alternative hotel was great-location was even better then the original hotel.

I paid $391 for this room and it was really bad. The hotel is in a sketchy area and had minimal amenities. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a grocery store next door, so we went there to find some food. The room was on the first floor and the view from the window was a small closed patio with a table, chairs, and ashtray. The towels were small and inadequate. There were very few outlets, and none next to the bed. The ride to the airport was about 15 minutes and cost an extra $25. I would have stayed at the airport Hilton, but is was full.

The hotel is old. The staff were great and it was clean. But it’s a very old hotel. The price you pay for the rooms is definitely because of the proximity to the airport not comfort/quality.

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed by the front desk that there was a problem with our room and they’d taken the liberty to book us at another hotel 15 minutes away. The alternative hotel had poor aircon, was extremely loud until midnight and would never have been a choice we would have made. Extremely unpleasant experience

The staff were very nice and the hotel bed itself was very comfortable and there was a balcony so that was nice, there was some clothes however that were left in the room from the person previous to me so it does kind of bring to mind how well they actually clean.
