At Casa I Cappuccini we had a nice room with three beds for a reasonable price. Rooms in this converted monastery have modern plumbing and wiring. There was a hot water kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room. The location is very good, near the Trevi Fountain and a Metro station, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is adjacent to a small church, and a historic crypt and museum.

Starting off, the hotel was very clean. The host who checked us in was very accommodating as well. I am astounded that I can access almost any point of Rome from our hotel. There was a bus stop right in front of the property and a few steps from it. Access to the Metro subway was also right there. Anything else, most of our itinerary was just a walking distance. My only complaints were the beds. It was creaking every time you turn. The electricity cut-off was a little bit of a hassle as well. We couldn't leave the room if we need our devices charged or to keep some drinks cold in the fridge. Other than that, I would recommend this property to others for the access convenience to everywhere.

The property is in perfect location, everything is close by walking distance. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was offering taxi service for €80 if there is a flat rate €55 from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, the floor could be cleaner (we had our socks very dirty from it), but they do offer flip flops, but our toddler couldn’t use them anyway. Overall, our stay was pleasant

Very clean. Very quiet. A simple and basic hotel room. If you are looking for a hotel close to the Metro, you cannot beat the location! This is not the hotel if you are looking for room service or luxury. Hotel room does tea kettle, refrigerator and safe. The staff is very friendly and are happy to arramge a car service to airport.

The afternoon concierge was wonderful!! He gave us a map around town, told us where a few things were located along with how far away in walking distance. The day we were checking out was a different concierge in the morning with a different personality he shouldn't have come to work that day. It was if we were bothering him, as soon as we walked up told us to leave hotel key on counter and that was it. We mentioned to him we were told we could store our luggage after check out so he then pointed over to a closet for us to place our luggage. He definitely should not be working in a hospitality industry because he doesn't have any. Very rude!!! We stayed at this location because it states they have A/C, the thermostat says 19 degrees Celsius which it didn't feel that way. It felt more along the lines of 23 or 24 degrees Celsius. Also, in our shower there was mildew towards the top of the walls. There were only 2 plug outlets in entire room, 1 in main room area and 1 in the bathroom makes it slightly challenging with 4 people needing to charge items. Location was within good walking distance. Subway/train access across the street .
