The room was excellent; great location, spacious, communication was terrific with the property manager (in English which was good for me). Terrificly located in (equal) walking distance to 2 x metros, the spanish steps (of course) and there is a kiosk to buy water, snacks, bus tickets etc almost out the front. Great stay, we loved it!

The hotel is at the prime location but has no elevator so you have to carry your luggages up & down narrow & steep stairs. Room is a bit outdated but clean & spacious. Overall we had a decent stay.

I was a little worried to how the check in is going to work but just tell them your arriving time and they will be there. I was going to take the train to the city but the taxi was only €55 fix rate from the airport. The hotel was cute, clean and quiet. Walking distance to everywhere. Water, coffee and tea was available in your room everyday. We would definitely come back here!!

the location is great ,,, out the right in the spanish steps and to the right down the street was a taxi stand... the rooms are standard and a little small but clean. daily maid service but keep in mind these are rooms with no real amenities! if you have a problem with stairs this is not for you is there is no help with luggage and they need more railings that go all the way up! again for the younger crowd on a budget this is fine

As soon as our plane landed, I received a call stating this hotel was not “accessible” for us and we would need to stay in one of their other properties. Not the greatest start. No elevator for heavy suitcases, the property we were diverted to (Max Ripetta Rooms) was ok, but honestly nothing to write home about.
