The Quadruple Room of the Dependance of the Giuturna Boutique Hotel, is located in the very center of Rome, a few steps from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Consisting of two rooms connected in a historic building from the 1800s and accessible by lift. A highly qualified staff will be available throughout your stay. We have a famous Trattoria Tritone restaurant - Antonio Camponeschi of the same property and we are facing one of the main streets of the city.

Other than we had some messages get dropped on VRBO where nobody responded. It was fantastic service and fantastic location right there next to the Bernini hotel plenty of good food around close to many great things to do in Rome close to Trevi fountain close to pantheon all in all great trip highly recommended!

Perfect place for many with great location

Outstanding stay. My wife and I with three older teens stayed. The best part is location. Definitely walkable to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon. We also walked a block to one of the major stops for a number of the hop on hop off buses that take you to all the other locations. Unique Italy feel of building (eg, tiny elevator) with small lobby and personal management (thanks, Niccolo). Would recommend to others. (In fact, already have).

The location was great. It was plenty of space for a family of six. The AC worked great. The beds are advertised as doubles, but seem to be more like queens. My only complaint is It is near on a noisy street. However, we slept with a sound machine and earplugs, and it did not affect our stay. I would stay here again.! The owner was very helpful and responsive !

Family friendly and convenient

This is our family's first visit to Rome and the stay was very good. Communication with the host was fast and informative. The location is very close to many places of interest with walking distance. Would recommend to family traveling with kids. Thanks for hosting us.

Excellent stay close to Trevor Fountain

Very comfortable 3 bedroom and 3 baths. Worked wonderfully for our teens and senior parents who had their own en suite bathroom. Clean accommodations. AC worked great. The elevator was an added bonus for the senior parents. Close to all the sights, walking distance from the pantheon Trevor fountain, Piazza navona. Easy Uber access also. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Apartment is not an apartment

So, the ?apartment was not well kept. The pictures are outdated. The sofa on the communal entrance is very faded also stained and so was the flooring. The kitchen was clean but the complimentary tea and coffee had empty used packaging left in them. The bathroom had ants nesting and 1st bedroom with en-suite hadn’t been cleaned after previous occupants, toilet had poo marks yuck!! This room had to be aired overnight !! 2nd bedroom with en-suite had ants in it too , futon smelt musty and the shower in en-suite had not been clean found blonde hair in cubicle. Not worth what we paid overall was very disappointing, had not been cleaned

Great location, great food, very touristy!!

Very convenient to Trevi Fountain, which was a mad house while we were there. Disappointed that it was listed as with A/C but it had been ‘turned off’ so not available. We were offered the breakfast free the next morning for the inconvenience. It was bland. Fans were provided. The apartment had very cold styling not in keeping with the decor of the old building. The elevator worked but was so tiny. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we did sleep great. Overall the apartment worked for our last two days in Rome but I would probably not stay here again.
