The staff and overall property are pleasant, but there is absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever at this hotel. We could hear steps, toilet flushes, and any movement very clearly, almost as if it was in our room itself. The rooms also have smoke alarms that flash a very bright green light all night, and the room was very hot. Was not able to get a good night’s sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the location it was perfect for visiting Vatican City Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museum. I would definitely stay here again.

We we’re warmly welcome by the staff. Chiarra went above and beyond, explained everything clearly and gave us recommendations. The best part is that our room was ready after a 10:30hrs flight plus train ride. The rooms were clean and spacious. The second day it was humid but just opening the window helped. The food from the restaurant was good and the drinks excellent! All the staff was amazing, from the front desk, to the restaurant. Our main goal was to go to the Vatican and it’s literally 3 minutes walk from the museums. We use the Cipro Train station just a 10 mins walk. Highly recommend.
