Excellent two-room apartment completely renovated in 2014 on the first floor of a small building of only 3 condominiums. it consists of a large living area with full kitchen, bedroom with double bed equipped with air conditioning and TV and bathroom with washing machine and shower. The living area has a 32 "full hd television and is also air conditioned.
The apartment has independent heating.
It has a panoramic balcony of about 25 square meters with table and umbrella.
The apartment is located in the central area of Fiumicino and is a few hundred meters from all services (supermarkets, post office, restaurants etc. etc.). Also the public transport stop for the airport and for Ostia (connected to the center of Rome by Metro) is about 100 m from the house. Buses to the center of Rome are around 500 m away. the new Fiera di Roma is about 10 minutes away by car.

Bilocale in ordine e ben servito

Appartamento scelto per buona vicinanza alla fiera, che si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti di macchina. Stessa durata per arrivare all'aeroporto. È un bilocale adattissimo ai single (max coppie), ben rifinito (ristrutturato e arredato senza cianfrusaglie vecchie) e dotato di tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno. A pochi passi a piedi si raggiungono banche, ristoranti, pizzerie e il supermercato Conad. La notte si può dormire tranquillamente in quanto la via non è molto trafficata. Alessandra, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile.
