Room was very comfortable with a nice sized bathroom, close to Piazza Del Popolo and walking distance to Spanish steps and many restaurants. Metro station a few blocks away, area is nice and quiet. Owner made arrangements to have someone meet us for check-in as this is an apartment with multiple rooms. Check-out is early (9am) but we were able to leave our luggage with the doorman until 12:45pm. Overall, recommend for a short stay in Rome.

A welcoming place when our other plans fell throug

We needed accommodation at short notice and found this property near the Piazza del Popolo. The owner doesn't live on site and went out of his way to let us in and advise us on where to eat. The B&B was in a large flat and included a well equipped large bedroom and good bathroom . We had a good night's sleep after a good meal in the next street and resumed our trip the next day

The property was fine, however since I book I write the host to tell him if it was fine that I come with an additional person (obviously paying the difference) he said with no problem, but the day we arrived he was pushing me to get earlier because a football match (I was in the airport and tell him 2 weeks earlier the time I was arriving) so he couldn’t receive me, so all the trip was telling me when I can pay, I write me all day for that, when finally we concrete an hour his terminal wasn’t working so once again he was writing me on when I was going back, but like so intense, I said since the begging If I can pay the moment I arrive, but he wasn’t there.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in der die Wohnung sich befindet. Erste Etage, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet! Badezimmer ist separat aber abschließbar und ebenfalls sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht, ob das Colosseum Oder Hauptbahnhof usw…. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen und die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Luciano war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Top! Grazie mile :)

The hotel looked good and was well situated in Rome. However, it is an old apartment converted into multiple studios, so it is not well soundproofed—you can hear everyone in the lobby. When booking, I accidentally reserved for one person. The owner asked us to pay taxes for two people, which was fine. However, he then insisted we pay an additional fee for the second adult. Normally, this fee would be 10 euros per night, totaling 30 euros for our stay. Instead, he demanded 90 euros, claiming it was due to the high season. This is untrue, as the additional fee is 10 euros per night regardless of the season. He was clearly trying to scam us and extort more money.
