The front desk agent, Rose, was fantastic. She was caring, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. She help us with directions, reservations and transport. Big thank you! The room was beautiful, clean and very convenient. Breakfast was great. We loved it.

Long weekend in Rome

We picked the hotel for its central location and it didn't disappoint. The downside to this is the noise from traffic and people outside on the cobbled streets with only a short break at night. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but I was happy to get refills of Tea. The room was large and had plenty of space for our luggage.

Stayed for 3 nights… I would say the only good things of this hotel are its location, and the staff, other than that the place is pretty run-down. - - Bathroom sliding door could not be locked - Safe box was a joke, is a very tiny metallic box where I could barely fit my passports travel bag and my wallet, and on our last day I realized that it was not even mounted to the wall !!! so anyone can just easily walk out with the whole thing. - The worst: air conditioning did not work for 2 of the 3 nights in the middle of the summer !! The second night we had the issue, the staff offered another room but it was a very tiny room for only for two people, and I traveled with a family of four, so two of us stayed in the room with no air conditioning with just a portable fan also offered by the hotel staff. Bottom line, I would rate our stay with only one star if it was not for the location and the staff.

Great stay, but be aware of the "free parking" We stayed at this B&B, which is very well located in the historic center — perfect for exploring on foot. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and breakfast was delicious with fresh local products. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the "free parking" claim. You can’t actually drive into the historic center unless you're a resident, so there’s a risk of fines. Free parking is available, but it’s street parking about 4 blocks away — not on-site as the listing might suggest. Other than that, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again.

This was a lovely hotel with a delightful employee named Rosanna who made us feel incredibly welcome and helped us get laundry done. The neighborhood and location are great, and visiting Rome while staying at this hotel was a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Nice place centrally located!

The room was clean and nice. Hotel is centrally located so you can walk to most attractions. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

The roof top balcony was a definite plus! The Minerva room had an authentic vintage Rome feel and was quite a big room. Staff was available 24/7 and quite friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good, croissants, coffee (cappuccino, cafe latte), broiled egg, juice, ham and cheese, yogurt, jams. The best restaurant for food and gelato was nearby - Ai Tre Scalini (best eggplant parm!!) /

The staff are excellent, especially at the front desk. Speak excellent English as well as other languages. Adrianne (sp?) is super efficient and we just loved Roseanne. What a lovely lady, genuinely interested and concerned about the guests, put us onto an excellent restaurant and just very very kind. Would come back for sure.
