The place is outdated and lacks modernity. In addition, the room service staff were uncooperative, and the room did not provide slippers or a coffee machine.

Staff were great and very helpful, especially at the frontdesk. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Rooms need renovating urgently. Only had 1 plug socket and that was coming away from the wall. Bathroom door kept wedging open. Breakfast was very limited buy ok. Location was ok but uphill. Would I stay there again? Unlikely.

I was surprised at how old and outdated this property was. This is a four star hotel. I wondered what 3 stars would look like. It certainly did not feel like a 4 star. Staff was nice.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were good and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. The hotel was clean. The pillows could have been fluffier for me but that is personal taste. We heard construction on our side of the hotel during the day but not too early or late. The side of the hotel my mother stayed on was very quiet. Overall great hotel and would stay again.
