The apartment is located a few steps from the vast university area that extends from the historic San Lorenzo neighborhood to the lively Piazza Bologna. Young university students, both out-of-towners and locals, are the soul of this neighborhood and give it an unparalleled warmth and liveliness.
The property has a common room with a vending machine, a kitchen equipped with cutting-edge services and a large balcony. The "YELLOW" Room can accommodate up to 2 guests and has all the basic services (free Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating). The room has a private balcony with access directly from the room.

Your area consists of two private bedrooms that can become communicating. The two bedrooms are equipped with: two double beds, a mini fridge, a coat rack, a full private bathroom equipped with all toiletries, a smart TV, a safe, sheets / towels, a kettle (coffee, tea etc). The doors of the rooms are locked. The kitchen is a shared space. The smoking area is located on the private balcony of the yellow room or on the shared balcony of the kitchen.

Breakfast is not included in the service.

Check-in is every day from 2:00 PM. The property has self check-in via Vikey. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is possible on the terrace. Luggage storage is allowed. Sheets, towels and a hairdryer are provided. A private shuttle service from the airport is available for a fee.
