This place is good to spend few nights in Rome. The closest location to Termini station. The room was cleaned. Unfortunately the Internet correction was pretty poor in our room.

A nice place to stay

Very nice and perfect location for us as we needed to be near the train station and in a safe neighborhood. The room was quaint but beautiful. We were only there one night but I would definitely stay there again

Good for the price.

We needed a hotel for one night as we were flying out the next day. This is a reasonably priced hotel close to the train station. It's good for the money. We could hear the trains until about midnight and again early in the morning. It was not bad and it may have been the location of our room. I'd stay again if I only needed a night.

Just a place to sleep.

The room was fair for the price. It was a little hard to find (lack of signage ). The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The bedroom area was clean but the bathroom floor smelled like piss and the mattress was worn out. Other than that, just a place to sleep.

why should I pay an extra 15 euros for late check-in? and without a receipt for this extra service, either!!!! the girl at the reception was too young and not very well acquainted of what is required by the procedure: a long time before entering the room towels are changed every three days!!! when i read the notice in the bathroom I was happy to leave the next morning

Very nice accommodation

The staff were very nice and friendly, they helped us with any questions we had. The room is next to the team, so too can hear it all night and day but it's not that noticeable. Clean room and clean toilets. Very good location for both taking the metro/bus or taking a walk for all the tourist attractions. Recommending.

Good budget hotel for exploring Rome

Great location handy to Roma terminii station and an easy walk to colosseum, major Ancient Rome features and church of st mary major. Good eating in the neighbourhood. Unusual as hotels go but tea, coffee and kettle provided as well as complementary bottled water and juice in fridge. Fridge not cold and would like to have been able to drop the room temperature a bit more but it was still tolerable. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the WiFi was good. The best part was the convenience to public transportation. The hotel is a 1 minute walk to Termini station, which houses several major bus stops and metro stops on both lines. I could get to pretty much anywhere in the city quickly and easily. I very rarely saw anyone at the front desk, but I was out exploring the city most of the day, and I didn't really need anything, so it wasn't a big deal. I was stay here again with no hesitation.

Excellent central Rome rooms.

No minuses whatsoever. Central but quiet. Good modern bathroom, excellent room with quality decor. Good large bed, plenty of storage, good curtains and plenty of mirrors. Helpful staff. Coffee, tea and cold drinks in room. You have your own kettle, cups, cutlery and fridge supplied. Great value. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Very close to Termini train station

We enjoyed our stay here. Baggage storage was extremely helpful and saved us money and time! Rooms were clean and modern. There's a little shop across the street that sells fruits/veggies, decent selection of wine and beer, and big water bottles for 1 Euro. There's a mini fridge in the room so we could keep those things cold. Wifi didn't work in our room and there isn't really a common area or lobby that you can sit in. Hotel staff not being there 24 hrs is inconvenient. We were delayed by train and were charged fifteen Euro late fee which is too much. The website says that they accept American Express (no foreign fee for me), and in the hotel they have a sign saying that they accept American Express but when we checked in we were told that we could not use it. The girl who checked us in was apparently new, but her lack of knowledge about that and considering the issue w/ the late fee, it was extremely frustrating.

great location - Walking distance to many of the sites. WIFI signal was weak in our room and elevator was not working a couple of days. Staff were very helpful but did not speak much English.

Great location

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to affordable restaurants, the main train station,and across the street from a little market where you cab buy fruit and water. Elisabetta and her staff are very nice. They do have free WIFI, which works perfectly in the lobby, but is not reliable in the rooms. It wasn't reliable in our room, which was the greatest location from the lobby. This is a very small hotel, and the front desk is only staffed a few hours a day, but they are available by phone anytime. I would definitely stay here again.

Sentral beliggenhet - rommene vist på bilder står IKKE i forhold til det som møtte oss 2- rom. Rom ut mot gata - MYE støy fra trikker, selv med vinduene igjen. Greit rom størrelsesmessig - Håndkle skift hver 3 dag - måtte etterspørre toalettpapir, kopper - TV virket ikke - Wifi ustabilt - av/på. Ikke noen i "resepsjon" - "vert" kom 20 min forsinket til avtale. "Hotellets" beskrivelser på bilder og innhold er mildt talt overdrevne. Ikke kaffetrakter, ikke minibar - lite kjøleskap som ikke funket ved ankomst, hårføner som ramlet ned fra veggfeste ... mye klaging her :-) men ok sted, men med for mye støy fra tidlig morgen !
