The house is located 2 min walk from the main pebble beach of Rogoznica and another wild beach is located 5 min walk through the forest on the other side.
In front of the house there is a sea wide promenade, but house is the second line (which gives this place privacy), behind the house there is a forest and sea which gives you an opportunity to enjoy sea view from the house.
