Villa Mondeo is located in Dalmatia, in the beautiful town of Rogoznica, which is located between Šibenik and Split, and is close to two national parks: Krka and Kornati waterfalls. Built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, this villa offers 150 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 350 m2. Only 100 metres from the clear and clean Adriatic Sea, villa Mondeo opens its doors for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. Guests will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x210), of which two rooms, on the ground floor, have an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and the third room, on the upper floor, has an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin.



On the upper floor, there is also a living room with a sea view, which includes a corner sofa, TV, and coffee table. Right next to the living room, you will have the opportunity to try deliciously prepared dishes in the dining room with a dining table for 6 people. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, there is also a bar with two bar stools.



Also, on the top floor, there is an outdoor terrace where you will be able to refresh yourself comfortably in the 24 m2, 2-m deep pool. Next to the pool, there are 3 deckchairs for sunbathing, and there is also an outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. The terrace will be an ideal place for daytime socialising and night-time entertainment with a few glasses of wine and the good company of family and friends.



Entertainment content close at hand includes digital television, PlayStation, bicycles, and Bluray.



During your stay, you can use the washing machine, dryer, and iron, and there is also 1 separate toilet. If necessary, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as a bed for two additional people.



Villa Mondeo offers 3 private parking spaces in its own yard.



Only 100 metres from the villa is the Crljina beach, where you can explore the depths of the sea with your loved ones and enjoy the summer sun. The main settlement of Rogoznica is located on a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge. You will experience the city as a beautiful place with a beautiful promenade with cafes, restaurants, and beaches. Thanks to its location, Rogoznica is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore different parts of central and northern Dalmatia. Its old city centre is filled with charming Mediterranean spirit, and you can explore numerous sights in the city or nearby.
