The guy at the front window when I checked in was a complete a-hole. He repeated at least 50x for my license as I was asking him questions and then he demanded I give him $100 cash to check in. Total extortion. Only book and pay with hotels.com so you’re not paying extra fees. They have to accept service animals. If you can afford to stay in a better place do it. This place is run by a-holes

It was great. I've lived in Rogers my entire life and the new owners have really done an excellent job remodeling and cleaning up! What was once a haven for methed up crack smoking cockroaches is now a great, pleasant and safe stay. I think they even installed a soft water filter for the hard water we have in the area. Its really nice!

Ac was good. Shower water pressure was crazy strong. The shower was super low, about chest high. The pressure was strong enough to floss your teeth. Clearly remodeling has been done, but not everything has been replaced. However for the price, I would say its worth it.

Crooks run that place!

We booked online and paid online. When we arrived and attempted to check in, we were informed that the card machine was down so he couldnt check us in. We asked for our money back and he declined.

Service is bad. No blanket on the bed. Had to beg for pillows which I was refused initially then given when I asked again with more confidence. However, they only gave me one for my king size bed.
