**Due to severe storms property has some external cosmetic and landscaping damage, with landscaping being updated as we come into the Spring season.


We are excited to share this 115 year old charmer conveniently located in downtown Rogers and just minutes from Lake Atalanta, bike trails, and Beaver Lake! It has quaint touches and features that provide for a unique experience. It has many of the original features of the home, with modern updates throughout, and a large back yard with a firepit.
