Ground floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, electric oven, washing machine) with dining area and living area with a double sofa bed. There is a separate living room that can be converted into a bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. There is a separate toilet. There is a bathroom with a shower and a sink.
