The property is part of Sonnenpark, a small, quiet complex with a few other houses. It's a semi-detached house, yet the location remains pleasantly peaceful, as confirmed by our guests.

The communal sauna operates with coins; guests need to bring their own coins, and 9 coins are required for 3 hours of sauna use. You can swim, stroll along the shore, or simply enjoy the tranquil lakeside setting.



Parking is available both at the house and on the street. Pets are welcome during your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Grilling and open fires are only allowed when there is no risk of forest fire; up-to-date information is available on site.



The area offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, fishing, hiking, and cycling. The nearby Bavarian Forest, with peaks such as Osser, Arber, and Falkenstein, invites you to explore and hike. Cozy beer gardens and restaurants are also close by.
