This house is set up for your pets, your kids and kids of all ages ! 2019 season we can boast that we have the only private lazy river and kiddie area in addition to our pool and hot tub in Hatteras Island. Along with our own working replica of the Cape Hattaras Lighthouse in the center of the lazy river !
Drop a line, catch dinner off nearby Rodanthe Pier, and bring 'em back to cook at this thoughtfully appointed home with ocean views, elevator, and water park ! FAMILIES OR GROUPS OVER THE AGE OF 25 ONLY NEED APPLY. Three levels of spacious decking ensure that you get all the southern breezes and views that you desire, with sunrise vistas on one side of the house and incredible sunsets on the other. Relegate the kids to the ground level, with its game room with pool table and wet bar, a two bunk bedroom, two bedrooms with king beds and a full bath. At mid level are two king master bedrooms, another king master bedroom with handicap friendly bath (with roll-in shower), a fourth bedroom (king) and full bath. A powder room is located between mid and top levels. The upper level features a great room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and wet bar, brand new custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and dining areas, and a king master suite. Since the ocean's just a heartbeat away, your top-floor views go on forever.

Guests will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire "Rio Rodanthe" property, including the multi-level home, all bedrooms and bathrooms, game room, private swimming pool, hot tub, expansive lazy river and kiddie pool area, sand volleyball court, fire pit, and the private direct beach walkway

"Rio Rodanthe" is ideally situated in the charming, laid-back village of Rodanthe, offering a perfect blend of serene oceanfront living and convenient access to local attractions. Rodanthe is one of the three "Tri-Villages" (Rodanthe, Waves, and Salvo) on Hatteras Island, known for their relaxed atmosphere and strong connection to the natural beauty of the Outer Banks.
Within a short drive or even a pleasant walk, you can explore:
Rodanthe Pier: A local landmark just a stone's throw away, perfect for fishing (no NC fishing license required when fishing from the pier!), sightseeing, and enjoying ocean breezes. They have a bait and tackle shop too!
