Changed 4 different rooms because of faulty equipment and didn't even get compensated for it. Originally booked a king room with a hot tub and the tv didn't work and hot tub was falling apart.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the common areas seemed updated and clean. However, the room was in desperate need of renovation, and the bathroom might be the worst I've ever seen. The room's ceiling had old water damage, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mildew. There was black mold in crevasses in the bathroom, as well as dirty tile grout and pubic hairs on the floor. Also, the bedspread was as thick as a sheet -- I'm not kidding, I froze all night. While the people were welcoming and friendly, I would not recommend this hotel until they invest in additional updates to the rooms.
