Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped upscale kitchen, configured with ample granite counter space and top-quality stainless steel appliances. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, then gather together at the dining table for eight. Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso machine.

Sleep soundly in the plush primary suite, appointed with a smart TV, direct back porch access, and a bay view desk with an all-in-one printer. The en suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a walk-in closet, a separate water closet, and a standalone shower for two. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle attached perfect for your little ones! Experience top-notch outdoor living on your waterfront back porch, detailed with a comfy, cozy, twin-size porch swing. Located down a single flight of stairs, you’ll find your amazing private dock. Located just off Goose Island State Park, The Reserve at St. Charles Bay is a beautifully landscaped gated community with high-end resort amenities. An inlet of Aransas Bay, St. Charles Bay is a vital haven for the endangered whooping crane. Your rental is located less than a mile from Goose Island State Park (perfect for guests with RVs). The centuries-old Big Tree is 1.5 miles north.

Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock with night fishing lights, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).

The community pool is within a short walking distance from the home.

Things to Know
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
The garage is not available for guest use.
A high chair, two Pack-N-Plays, and one double heavy-duty Jeep umbrella stroller are available for younger guests.
The boat lift at the home is not for guest use.
The following are not permitted on-site: unreserved boat trailer parking, RVs, weddings, and parties.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

What a perfect setting for a last minute vacation! This was our first trip to Rockport and we could not have picked a better community & home for our crew. The amenity rich community allowed us experience Rockport’s amazing wildlife scenes from a beautiful home just a 2 minute walk away from the pool! Moms & kids were all pleased!

Beautiful Cottage

Rented this property for my Mom's 80th Birthday. Could not get down to Rockport on intended arrival date due to issues with the Artic cold front that week. Location did not have water (At All) the first night we stayed, due to it being turned off because of a water leak/pipe burst down by the dock. Received a call the next day with an offer to move to a house right next door that had everything working properly. This we glady did and the property management team allowed us to extend our stay 2 extra nights, for the inconvenience and missed initial 2 days we should have been down there. Both houses were lovely and my Mom thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit on the back patio and watch the birds and sunsets. Very classy home and great, well stocked kitchen!
