Welcome to our newest listing! Pictures and description to be updated in the next few days! We look forward to having you in to stay at our golfer's retreat and arcade. You will enjoy your time. Get a few good sessions in on the golf simulator and then relax those weary days away in the massage chair. Then why not cap it all off with some quality time in the arcade.

Positives: property manager was responsive to questions, the game room offered fun for our whole group (adults and teenagers), beds were comfortable, massage chairs as well as hit tub offered relaxation, living room had lots of seating and a huge TV.Downsides (none of these were deal breakers for our stay but these are the reasons I did not rate the house as 5/5 stars): the house itself clearly has some wear and tear - there are some gashes in the walls, marks on walls, some curtain rods coming out of the wall, masking tape covering holes in the porch window screens, etc. The house was very drafty. The dishwasher and laundry work fine but are old. Some of the kitchen utensils have seen much better days. Towels could really use some fabric softener.If we were headed back to the Rockford area, we would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Plenty of room, comfy beds, very clean and lots of amenities! Phillip and Felicia were very responsive. The pinball, darts and air hockey were favorites among our group! The hot tub and massage chairs were very relaxing and used a lot! Thank you for a wonderful time with old friends!

This was our fourth Rockford VRBO and by far the best one. Everything was great from the screened in patio to the game room (next level) to the bedrooms. We would stay here again. Well worth the money.

What an amazing place to stay! Spacious and comfortable, every convenience one could want with modern tech touches (eg smart home) to boot. And the arcade/game room, holy cow! We were a group of adults that enjoyed playing games like a bunch of kids :) The golf simulator was awesome, and we played board games on an electronic table that was really cool and fun. Everything just as described with thoughtful touches such as snacks and spa supplies in the massage chair room (loved the chairs too, we felt so deluxe to just sit back and relax). Great host too, very nice and responsive. Overall just can’t rate it higher, we’d be lucky to stay there again.

Family time

We absolutely loved the space. Everyone loved the beds. There was something for everyone to enjoy in the game. My dad/Grandpa could not stop playing the pinball machines to the boys loving the golf simulator. But I have to say the Pac Man air hockey table was a big hit for all. The arcade was a big hit. The poker table made a great spot to play board games Now on to the kitchen lots of cookware. We made breakfast several days. Linos lasagna and salad work well to serve from the island. We are planning our next trip. Almost forgot the hot was great! Thank you for a wonderful time this weekend.
