The Lodge is located just under a mile from downtown Rockaway Beach. You can easily walk or bike to get to town but our sometimes inclement weather makes these options a bit less desirable. Once in the downtown area it is very walkable with lots of boutique businesses to explore.
But better yet the amazing beach access out your front door.

• Property Condition and Cleaning Responsibilities:
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as found, with normal wear and tear expected. All dishes must be washed, and garbage placed in outdoor bins before check-out. Glitter and confetti are prohibited, with a Minimum $300 cleaning fee if used.

• Occupancy, Quiet Hours, and Prohibited Activities:
Occupancy must not exceed the advertised limit. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors. Parties, events, commercial use, firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

• Pet and Smoking Policies:
Guests must pick up after pets, or a $50 charge will apply for cleanup. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property: a $500 fine will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

• Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in an additional fee of up to $100.


• Fire Pit and Outdoor Use:
Only use the provided fire pit materials (e.g., no wood in gas fire pits). Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors.

• Lost and Found:
Items left behind will be held for 14 days. A $30 handling fee plus shipping costs applies for returning items.

• Damage and Security Deposit:
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or card on file.

• Community or HOA Rules:
Guests must comply with all community or HOA rules, including those for pools, parking, and shared spaces. Parking is permitted in designated spaces only.

• Pets:
Pets must not be left unattended, either inside or outside the property, even if crated. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must clean up all pet waste and dispose of in outdoor bins.
