Enjoyed the clean room and the complementary water bottle and the clean bathroom that was spacious. The free breakfast was good. Would have referred more juice options instead of just Tang and some water, but otherwise it was fine.

Front desk person couldn’t have been less enthusiastic or interested in her guests. Not rude but soooo annoyed by the inconvenience of having her reading interrupted by customers. The room carpet was filthy and sticky. Gross. The main level bathrooms are super clean but zero soap. Both days. No one bothered to even check or fill them. The room was clean but the freeway side is very noisy. Definitely won’t stay here again. Oh the breakfast was abysmal. And the coffee impassible to drink.

We checked in tween 6-6:30 and there was no one at the front desk. Sign said to ring the bell- which turned out to be a little electronic gizmo with a bell outlined on it. Someone finally showed up. Everything went smoothly from there on

We followed all rules and gave 48hrs notice for needing to check out early. The hotel and management is very unfriendly and did not stand by their word which was that it would be no problem, they did not give the full refund for days needed.
