The room itself was clean just a little rundown since the door would not close completely and needed to be painted. Staff were very nice. No dryer in the room and I had to walk to the desk with wet hair to get it. Good things—there was a fenced area for the dog to potty. But it hadn’t been cleaned and needed repairs.

Adequate for a Budget Motel

The room was adequate for my one-night stay en route to Salt Lake City. The exterior and bathrooms could use an upgrade, but otherwise it seemed fine. Parking was excellent with access to my vehicle literally right outside of my room, which I appreciated, and most places in town were easy to reach from this location, addition to I-80 access. The check-in service was friendly, and I checked out with ease as well. There was a minimal amount of noise from neighboring rooms, but noting terrible.

I thought I was booking a Super 8 not a Motel 8 and when we got there it was super underwhelming. I found a Dennys container under the bed and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. It’s pet friendly but there was a giant tick in the bathroom how is that friendly?

Great value for the price

Our room at Motel 8 in Rock Springs was very clean and quite comfortable. The only detractor during our overnight stay was noisy neighbors who kept their TV on too late and too loud. Overall, Motel 8 was great value for the price. We’ve stayed here before and would do so again.

They had ossue with hot water. As they had a tank rupture, so in morning did not get shower, though was okay before went to bed. Will be fixed soon and am not saying it is their fault, stuff happens. If I ever go back through Rock Springs, will stay there again.

It stunk like dirty feet and heat was cranked up to 90°. The fridge was unplugged and leaked water. The next morning my friend was confronted by a staff member to go smoke by the dumpster even though he was by the ashtray and there is not any no smoking signs. We didn't even shower, we left angry

Very nice

Room was clean for the most part. One pillow case had some brown stuff on it and the coffee pot needed washed before i could use it and it leaked.
