The staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. The roof had water damage and was peeling. There were roaches and mice. The black lady at the front smelled so bad and had a horrible attitude. I’m never staying here again. There’s prostitution and drug use all over the property

Marijuana smell that comes into the room at any point of the day. During the summer they smoke it at the pool in the open. When it is brought up it is said that there is nothing they can do about it. Noise from other rooms that carry into the night. Construction crew that litters the road frontage with cans chairs and parties on the weekend. On the other hand Hotel Crew was nice and present to deal with and if there was anything needed they helped as best they could.Hotel itself was clean and newly remodeled. They have been overrun with non English speaking residents and marijuana smokers who smoke it anywhere they want making it unpleasant for travelers.

The property was not well maintained. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had black mold. There were overflowing trash cans outside. The dog walk area had dog feces in several areas.

The room smelled like smoke, there were stains on the bed, and a bug in the bathroom. I left at 5:30 AM.

The first room I was sent to had molded walls and unmade beds. I was quickly and politely moved to a more acceptable room. During my shower I did have to combat a "palmetto bug". Lots of people arguing in other rooms and around facility during the night and morning. Strong smell of weed throughout area. Luckily it was a one night visit, but I will not use this motel again.

Although the outside looks less than desirable, the room itself wasn’t bad and the beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Hallways had a stale smell, but the rooms did not. Wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t the best either. Staff was very friendly.

The main lobby is very nice. It was easy to check in and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a problem with the Internet at the time, it kept cycling off and on. Instructions to operate the TV would be helpful. Of note there were no safety handrails in the bathroom anywhere. I would stay there again for sure.

Avoid. 6.8 rating is misleading. There was a leak in my room. The bathtub was dirty. There was what appeared to be a rodent hole. The front stairs in the lobby hadn’t been cleaned for days. There was a criminal element outside and the minimart across the street had the police called.
