Fabulous waterfront property located on Grays Inn Creek with 4' MLW and a private dock with an area to launch kayaks and small boats. "Nauti or Knot" now accommodates up to 18 guests. Lots of waterfront space to relax on the 2nd floor sundeck or read a book on the 1st floor screened porch. Enjoy the scenery and watch the boats go by or explore the area by kayak and/or paddleboard (provided). Bring your fishing gear or crab nets and fish right from your own dock. Enjoy family and/or friends in the waterfront TV/Game room while watching the boats and osprey of the area.

The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (2 king rooms, and a queen room) with 3 full bathrooms, a large open design kitchen, dining and living room. There is a large screened porch to relax and watch the waterfront activities. A picnic table to casually dine enjoying local cuisine and crabs.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 daybed with trundle and 2 bunkrooms), and 2 full bathrooms as well as a powder room off of the large waterfront TV/Great Room.

Bring your own boat or jet ski's and dock them on your private pier. Or use the provided kayaks and paddleboards to explore the area by water.

The town of Rock Hall is close by with its own beach, restaurants and local shops to explore. Or visit, the historic town of Chestertown, also nearby with more restaurants and shops to explore. And don't miss visiting the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge nearby.
