It is a new property, so everything looks great. They also had a shuttle to the clinic which was excellent. Now for the meh. The hot breakfast was very basic. The eggs were not real, the sausage was okay. Even though there was additional food available, I ate the equivalent of a continental breakfast (all prepackaged). I expected more, similar to a Marriot, but it was lacking.

unhappy to also pay for parking

Nice room and walking distance to Mayo but you have to add parking fee $25 which was a suprise add on for a fairly expensive room.
