Nice, clean. Shuttle to Mayo is excellent. The only thing I would say is most times when we went to the front desk, no one was around. It would be good if there was an employee out front at all times.

Nice stay as usual. No hot food other than waffles on Thanksgiving and the Friday afterwards was disappointing. They have served hot breakfast on Christmas in the past. Front desk person on Friday morning was super nice and helpful. We will be back.

I booked a king suite with full size fridge. We were going to be shopping and I needed a place to store the food I bought. When I checked and got to my room I got 2 doubles with a mini fridge. I called down to desk and desk attendant told me the room I booked was taken the person did not check out and the manager gave me this room. If I wanted I could talk to Michael the next morning. There was no one downstairs when I checked out. The room was unbearable hot had to open the window and listen to traffic all night. Never could get the heat down. Had the heat set at 62 and still hot. In the bathroom there was 4 marks where the wall had been patched but never painted. Showhead was a plastic handheld. Really a shoddy looking room. I don’t know what the point of picking a room when they give you whatever crap room they feel like. Would not stay here again

Amazing staff, help with shuttle scheduling, free cookies & bottle water, very helpful and cheerful..Shuttle service gets the gold star. Drivers so helpful, safe driving and so pleasant and free but I do tip for such a hassle free parking option. Several places to eat within waking distance, little grocery store. The room was pleasant and well maintained. I'll be back. Mumms

The staff at the front desk were beyond friendly, very accommodating to room requests and use of the dining room for our family to gather as we were in town to attend my cousin's funeral. Our room was clean, the breakfast wonderful, and the hotel is in a great location!
