I was female travelling solo for work attending a big conference. I only delt with evening and night staff. They were very friendly and helpful and professional. Seemed like they recognised me which gave my stay a sense of safety. After I checked out I forgot some personal items for which they contacted me and offered to send home to me. I was very grateful for this. The room was fine but it is the staff that gets the sixth star.
