I liked all staff, cery welcoming and supportive. My room however had no windows and it was dusty. The bed was bumpy you van tell the mattress and pillows are super old. The food was good and delicious with a good variety

Greatly enjoyed my stay. Superb location close to everything and conveniently about 10 min walk to the Kingdom Tower metro station. The staff were amazing especially all the gentlemen working at the reception desk were very welcoming and professional.
