This delightful house in Rixeyville is a cozy retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. With 1 bedroom, this charming property offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including WiFi, heating, washer & dryer. The serene surroundings make it the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We hope you enjoy what our place and Rixeyville has to offer.

This small tiny home is modern and just built in 2025. It resides 10 yards from our main log cabin home where we live and run our mobile catering Burnt Ends BBQ LLC business!

These homes reside on a 13 acre fully wooded and secluded property. We also have a beautiful saltwater pool and jacuzzi.

The property also has a 16' x 16' gazebo to host weddings, celebrations and more which would also be for an additional cost. We also have a 20' x 20' tent with tables and chairs for rent too!

Perfect place to host any kind of celebration!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Nice New Tiny House

Fun stay in a clean and new tiny house furnished with everything we needed. Perfectly located to visit wineries, Fredericksburg and other local historical sites.
