Located on the ground floor of this beautiful stone house, with its own private entrance, the room is comfortable and beautifully decorated: a 160x200cm double bed, television, a shower room (walk-in shower, double sink vanity, hairdryer), toilet, and dressing room. A courtesy tray awaits you to quench your thirst at any time of day: kettle, tea, coffee, water, and biscuits.

Every morning, Philippe and Léonor will serve you a gourmet breakfast in the living room or on the terrace: hot drinks, pastries, breads, homemade jams, and more. A table d'hôtes dinner is also available, at a rate of €28 per meal per person (starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and drinks) and €18 for children under 12. Reservations are possible up to 48 hours before your stay.

Between exploring vineyards, castles, forest walks, and sightseeing and city tours, you'll find plenty of activities to do within an hour of the house: Angers and Terra Botanica are 20 minutes away, the banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away, Saumur is 45 minutes away, and the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier is 1 hour away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Vallée du Loir à Vélo cycle route, 500 meters away, connects Angers via the Lower Angevin Valleys. Just 5 minutes away, you can enjoy a landscaped area on the banks of the Loir: beach, picnic tables, children's playground (supervised swimming in July and August).
