The place was run by a woman & two men who were very odd. The place was in shambles. Little to no food for the continental breakfast. Ice machine did not work, fan in bathroom not working, shower head was broken, pillows were horrible, lumpy, flat & pillow cases were dingy. We were very unsatisfied with the whole experience. The building needs many repairs!

not a great experience

I was disappointed, after reading rave reviews. The hotel is desperately in need of upgrades. My room could be described as shabby. The furniture had clearly not been dusted in a while. SInce the ice machine was broken, I had to get it from the front desk. The continental breakfast was okay. The two employees with whom I dealt, the front desk attendant and a very accommodating young man who helped me to get into my room because my key card didn't work, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I was very surprised that a sign on the door in my room said that, due to COVID protocols, the room would not be cleaned, the beds re-made, the trash emptied, or towels replaced unless I made specific requests. Are we not over COVID at this point? The location was convenient to my travel plans, but I will not be recommending this hotel to others.

Upon arrival we were told the room was not ready. We waited in the lobby and watched as people came in. Some were registered and the front desk could not find their reservation. One family came in and had kids with swim suits ready to use the pool, but the pool was closed. The website shows the breakfast area. In the morning when my husband went down to get breakfast, there was no breakfast. These are the things that should be made clear on the website. Do portray that you have amenities that are not there. This property is in decline.

Conditions were poor. Mold with loose tile in the bathroom. Curtain rods and curtain's were not on the window. Hard to get the door shut. Room was damp. Hallways smelled like pot.
