Checking in was nice Checking out not so much the lady with glasses was in a bad mood told her I was checking out kinda in a hurry bc my son was competing at Morongo for bowing she told me to wait while she finished typing up a”long letter” apparently bc I waited and went to my car outside put luggage’s in the car and came back and she still not finished ? Whatever you were writing lady you should allow your guests to check out quick and easy I mean we are checking out want to be on the road you know? How long did you expect me to wait for you

Reception desk “employee” (Fat Black Dude) enjoys being combative, angry, and generally, a shining example of exactly who should not be in a customer service position. Stated to him that I did not appreciate his rudeness, and he tried to say I was being “combative” and I put him in his place quickly after he realized he wasn’t dealing with some random idiot who tolerates disrespect. He then threatened to kick me out and call security for “talking loud” which was a complete LIE, said go ahead, I’ll call the cops if you want to eject me unlawfully. Stupid people workin here across the board. Never book, never support aggressive “people” like this
