This property was undoubtedly the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The room was riddled with mold, and there was no refrigerator or iron in the room. The staff’s English communication skills were severely lacking, which made it difficult to get any assistance.

Do not trust the photos , neither the reviews , are fake reviews. Stay somewhere else. This hotel deserves a 0 stars and 0 rating reviews. Everything is terrible. Rooms old , mold , dirty , missing parts of doors , floor , old rooms , mold smell and mold everywhere. STAY AWAY from this place.

Issue with the air conditioner in the room. The room was hot. They proceeded to move us to a much smaller room with the air conditioner being slightly better. But the guy at the desk was super nice.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi terrível desde o começo. Eles tentaram me cobrar duas vezes no check-in. Os lençóis estavam sujos e coçavam, a pia do meu banheiro estava entupida e tive que solicitar manutenção três vezes antes que fosse consertada. Duas lâmpadas queimadas no meu quarto. Encontrei um morador de rua do bairro vizinho dormindo na escada da frente. E o pior de tudo, um dos faxineiros jogou fora um pertence meu. Relatei esse incidente à recepção e pedi para falar com o gerente, apenas para ouvir que não havia nada que eles pudessem fazer para consertar meu problema.

Our stay in downtown Rio.

The hotel is really not that bad, it is very popular with budget travelers. It is located in a rough area of downtown, we never had any problems walking around during the day and at night. It is close to all the downtown attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was pretty good. Wi-Fi is very bad, not a little bit bad, but very bad.

Staff are well-trained and ready to accommodate guests' needs, and the amenities provided are very decent. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Like the rest of Rio city centre - it isn’t a neighbourhood to walk around at night due to safety. Internet was excellent but got choppy on a couple of occasions. The decor is modern-contemporary and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Overall, Hotel Atlantico Prime offers a great and convenient experience for travellers - very popular with group travellers as well as GLBTQ community looking for a comfortable stay in the centre.

The images online are not how the hotel rooms look, they only have one sheet no covers and 2 of the smallest pillows ever. No one spoke English but 1 person a little it was very frustrating. We was switched to 3 different rooms the 1st room our lights didn't come, 2nd room was infested with bugs and the bed covers had stains on them and a lot of brown dots they didn't have a iron so I couldn't do the bed bug test. There was mold all over the curtains. The area was not that good homeless people and trash everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Banheiro do quarto com mofo e lodo. Não tinha toalhas. Na manhã seguinte, tinha bichinhos nas paredes do banheiro. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Colchão nojento de sujo. Só tinha um lençol fino por cima do colchão e outro para se cobrir. Eu fiquei doente nesse hotel. Os funcionários são muito gente boa e atenciosos. O buffet foi bom, mas estou aqui pensando se os quartos e banheiros são sujos imagine a cozinha? Não volto, não recomendo.

Don't Be Fooled By the Photos!

Hotel room had tiny roaches. The AC worked on and off. We had to open the window to get fresh air. The bathroom shower was full of mold and drain flies on the ceiling. The hotel restaurant serves buffet and it is the exact same meals everyday. There are three elevators in the hotel. We got stuck in one and pressed the buttons for a very long time before anyone realized that we needed help.
