Muy mala experiencia una plaga de chinches en la cama, cobertor y almohadas, refrigerador con empaque sucio, el baño con signos de moho en las juntas. Se reporto a la plataforma y no atendieron de manera dirigente la sitiacion, también se le escribió a la host y sin respuesta de los mensajes internos y por whatsapp, nos tuvimos que ir en la mañana después de haber pasado la noche en vela a otro alojamiento sin la ayuda de la plataforma ni contacto con la anfitriona. Dos días después y tras múltiples correos y mensajes a la plataforma se logran comunicar con la anfitriona la cual enviaría gente a revisar la situación, igual la plataforma dejo la solicitud de reembolso a criterio de la anfitriona a pesar de enviar fotos y evidencia de la situación y haber avisado que era un riesgo de seguridad e higiene, básicamente tuve que resolver el quedarme literalmente en la calle en temporada de carnaval en río con los costos que estoy implico. A fin de cuentas logré obtener un reembolso parcial el cual aún no he validado su llegada.
