It is in a safe location, but nothing is around the area. The room is Ok with good breakfast. I tried to use the gym, but one of the most important equipment was broken.

We were disappointed and the two main reasons were the fact that the double bed was so small and that the wifi only worked if we were stood at the door. However, the room was large and parking was free.

Com pequenos ajustes administrativos fica super!

Experiência mista, com pontos positivos e negat. q precisam ser mencionados.Percebi q o hotel parece operar com uma equipe reduzida, o q impacta diretamente a qualidade dos serviços. Na área da piscina, por exemplo, não houve reposição de toalhas, e os corredores ficaram muito molhados por causa do trânsito de hóspedes vindo da piscina, deixando o piso escorregadio e perigoso. Isso nos obrigou a andar com extremo cuidado.A comida servida no hotel é saborosa, mas a limpeza do restaurante deixou a desejar: mesas não eram higienizadas adequadamente então tivemos que limpar a nossa própria mesa. A demora para retirar as louças das mesas nos obrigava a procurar lugares q estivessem livres de utensílios usados.Durante as refeições servidas na área da piscina, notei q não havia talheres disponíveis, o q sugere uma possível sobrecarga de funções entre os funcionários ou até mesmo a ausência de copeiros.Em um dos dias, vi funcionários lidando com a limpeza acumulada ao redor da piscina enquanto estávamos desfrutando do espaço, o que causou desconforto.Outro ponto que chamou atenção foi a aparente ausência d supervisão por parte da gerência. A falta de rondas para monitorar as operações gera uma reação em cadeia, prejudicando a experiência dos hóspedes e comprometendo a qualidade geral dos serviços. As acomodações são confortáveis e o visual incrível proporcionado pela piscina, é um cenário lindo.Tem potencial, no entanto, é urgente implementações de soluções de conflitos operacionais.
