They were renovating, which is fine, but they gave me a room right beside the construction. Luckily I have earplugs to sleep and it made the noise tolerable but I could still hear it and it was an irritation while awake. The clerk said I should have told the manager during the day to change my room but I sleep during the day and why is it my responsibility to lose sleep in order to fix the problem you created. Regardless, no one should be put adjacent to that noise and dust in first place. I wasn't given any compensation. I was told to check their website... Otherwise no complaints about the hotel, it was good.

Breakfast was good. Room was good. Shower was very good. Air conditioning worked great. The problem is that this hotel is under major renovations. The pool is closed, the elevators are both being used by construction crews and it's almost impossible to get into the hotel front door. We booked this hotel months ago as part of an extension to a group tour. We were not informed of the renovation status and no concessions were made to the price we booked at....even though they are practically giving away their hotel rooms this week to new bookers.

The rooms we’re clean and renovated! Nice rooms. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was oke but not much variation. The hotel is still under renovations but you can use the hotel across the street to go to the gym, pool or bar. You can also exchange money at the lobby, that was great.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located and the service is very courteous. The price of the stay included breakfasts - although the same set was served every day, they were tasty and fresh. The only drawback was the ongoing renovation of the roof and other rooms, which at times caused some inconvenience.

We made reservations (5 x Quad Rooms) in Feb 2025 for travel in July 2025. Advertised room size was 500+ sq ft which seems great for 4 people. - One day before travel 1 out of 5 room was canceled with no explanation creating a mess for our party. We needed up getting 2 more rooms last minute in a different hotel 10 minutes away because there was nothing suitable offered. - When we checked in we found out that multiple floors in hotel are closed for reservation. Even on our floor only 2 rooms were available for guest and rest were under renovation. - Room size was now 300+ sq ft only which is barely enough for 4 people to walk in. Forget about luggage and sitting. We ended up getting one more room across the street. Other 3 just suffered cramped space. - Elevators are small and slooooow. Plan to wait for while. Specially during breakfast time. - Expect loud construction noises during week days and same elevators are used by construction staff. - Breakfast quality is good - Water pressure and temperature is great probably because part of hotel is un occupied because of constructions. I won't recommend this hotel

I have never stayed at a hotel that required payment for keeping suitcases for 2 hours before check in. This place will nickle and dime you like crazy. Under construction and noisy and dirty all the time!

The only complaint I have is that the property is under remodeling. The floor I was on was already all remodeled so it was great. Everything was clean new but there’s only two elevators one is taken by the construction. There is a lot of dust around because of the construction. All day long there is construction noise. I am sure the property is going to be great once that remodeling is completed. I did not know this property was under remodeling when I booked it.

Under construction. Big holes in floor next to my door and no lighting when I went out of my room made it very unsafe. Elevator once did not work when I was in it so I took the stairs the rest of the stay. They did provide an earlier check in. No complimentary water. Staff was very nice.

Great value hotel, excellent location

Great staff, went out of their way to help and spoke good English. Room was great, 2 double beds. Location was excellent, only 2 blocks from Copacabana beach. Safe area with plenty of places to eat and drink near by. There is renovation works going on during our stay, but this did not bother us. However there was consideable dust in the lift and communal area, suggest more frequent cleaning of these areas whilst the wor is ongoing. Buffet breakfast was really good, with a great choise of hot and cold food, fruit and pastries. Good value fir money hotel

Nice hotel in the heart of Copacabana with a delicious breakfast and small gym as well as a pool on the rooftop. There are a lot of well restaurants around the hotel.

Nice place in Copacabana beach area

Very nice stay, would recommend. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. After we had checked in, they were doing elevator maintenance, and we needed to climb many stairs, but that was only for an hour, so no issues after that Location was just a 5 minute walk to beat best. Lots of eating options around location too.

Hotel is currently being renovated so a lot of work going on . Rooms are big and adequate for a budget stay and breakfast is ok. Close to Cococabana beach and plenty of shops and dining options nearby only stayed for two nights but ok if on a budget or a short visit
