Centrally located & walking distance to Steps Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, & the marina. Enjoy tree-lit outdoor dining, a saltwater pool, spacious backyard, or stroll to the beach to catch the best sunsets. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, dining table (seating for 12), 2 full-size washer/dryer units, state of the art home water filtration system, 3 forms of internet, full solar energy & unlimited backup water supply. Outback is a Weber grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, surf board rack & yoga mats.
AC is provided in all bedrooms. Balconies and ceiling fans allow for constant air flow.

Perfect Family Vacation

Amazing stay with family of all ages! Very clean, comfortable & spacious, host was communicative, and house was located in a wonderful location. Very appreciative of the accommodations made for infants and children. Would return to stay at the Purple Palace again! Our family loved the pool!
